Love is...
Something we all want to have but not all of us can find the perfect ones right away. Some find it early in life, some have to wait a lifetime... It is probably the most tricky thing that without trying and learning, we would not know what to do to fall in love, stay in love, and be loved...
I personally think there are a two main types of love...
The first one is the love we have for others... when we said we love someone. That means that person is a part of our lives, that the person is effecting us in one way or another, making us a different, a better person, and we love them for what they have done for us. Love in this case is the cautious love, started mutually most of the time, and comes from the feelings we know exist. This type of love can last anywhere from a minute to a life time and may or may not change. It is the love we have for families, friends, or people who are closed to us. It can be extraordinary, it can also be simple... It comes under many forms and shapes, but after all, it remains in our hearts...
The second type of love is the love we fall for... when we say "we are in love..." It is the type that can give us the "extremes." It can make us the happiest people on the face of the Earth, but it can also bring us to the bottom of the world right the next second...
But why do we still fall for it? ...Because when we are truly in love, nothing else really matters... When we are happy, the sun shines is a little brighter, our smiles are a little "bigger," and everything around us looks better. However, when we come to the other end of the "extremes," it can become so hard to carry on... everything seems out of place and it feels like there is nothing can make us smile again. Even though hard times are really hard, it is the happy times that make it all worthwhile.
It can take just a split second for us to fall in love. However, in order for it to last a life time, it has to go through a time of challenge and understanding... It takes a lot of work for this type of love to last, but it is, after all, the only one thing that can bring us true happiness in the world.
No matter what type of love we are experiencing, ultimately what we need in return is to be loved, just like the saying "to love is nothing, to be loved is something, and to love and be loved is everything..." Or in other words, it takes both giving and taking to make "love" meaningful.

Thanks for this profound and true message. I know what you mean nothing is acquired easily, for instance i'm sitting here in this room wanting to practice but feeling out of place. I'm considering running away from here but will that change a thing ? Not really I love Music and I'm sure Music loves me back because ppl enjoy what I do :) so on to those drums because they can't play themselves :)
