Work-in-Progress (Updated).

(First update - 1/11/2011)
(Second update - 1/14/2011)
(Third update - 1/23/2011)

I wrote this blog entry a while back (about a week ago, actually ;)), but since it is an entry about a few processes, I will keep coming back to update it to the latest stage of my life.

I have realized that this is one of the most important times of my life, when I really need to make certain decisions that can affect my future/life greatly in one way or another. However, I do not have the ability to worry about everything at once, so I am taking down everything slowly, one by one. This blog entry is used as a personal reminder for me of what all are needed to be done.

1. Take and PASS the DSST test for Money and Banking to get credit for the course without having to actually take it.

2. Clean and refresh my room, because it is, after all, a new year with many new beginnings, and I want my room to reflect just that. I will post the pictures of this specific process sometimes later.

- as in now :)

BEFORE
Gross I know, but this was taken after my vacation,
things were all over the place :(

AFTER
One wall... Friends and Family at home,
along with a board with all the tickets I have purchased
or cards I was given recently. <3

The wall above my desk.

The wall above my bed. One great poster along
with two picture boards, one for my most recent memories with friends,
the other is for my traveling experiences.
3. I need to work more on my interviewing skills. I also have to work on perfecting my resumé for the job searching process.

4. I have to think more about where I want to go and what I want to do after I graduate in four months. I have an idea (or some ideas) in mind, but it would be premature to say anything as of right now. All I have to do is work hard to actually put my words and thoughts into actions.

5. I will enjoy every minute of this semester. After May 7, I will officially be done with my undergraduate degrees... so before all the craziness of the world, I need to be able to learn to sit back and enjoy my last semester...

6. Of course, I have to keep telling myself everything I have told myself before: be happy, smile more, care more, live a little, and worry less... I know better than anybody else that it will not be easy, because of the nature of my personality. However, everything is accomplished by trying a little bit every day, and I believe one day I will fully understand and see life in a much better point of view.

There are other important things I have to do as well, obviously, but as of right now, these are the most critical things I need to get done before I can do anything else...

So what am I waiting for? Nothing, really. In fact I have actually started working on a few of them.

Starting from #1: The registration is done. The test will be on either Monday or Tuesday of this week, I guess it is really time to crunch those information in. I actually took the test and was 3 points shy from passing, so year, this semester includes 9 credit hours, which is not too bad, but I was hoping I didn't have to pay that extra $1,150 for my 3 credits :(. Anyway, life goes on, time to move on with the next things on my list.

#2 is in progress. Things are still all over the place, but I think I like how it will turn out to be. Things are getting into places, and I am happy with the current results.

I have also started on #3. Resume is typed up, just waiting for the advisors at UCO's career services to approve and I will be good to go to apply for jobs like a mad-woman.

I am also enjoying my life... doing what? You might ask... Check out my "If I Die Young" entry, you will see! :)

Time is still ticking.

Tik tok.
