This blog is dedicated to a special person who is going through the same emotions as I have gone through, many many times...
"When you're dreaming with a broken heart, the waking up is the hardest part..."
Yes, John Mayer said that, and it is very true. When your heart is broken, carrying on would be the hardest challenge you have to face...
We all fall numerous times in our lives. Many of us fall again and again, even for the same reason, but why do we keep doing it? Maybe it is because that's what our heart longs for, and getting hurt would be the last thing on our minds? We do not care about the bad outcomes, and always hope for the best... would that be the reason why we never learn?
Would you rather keep getting hurt but do what your heart and soul want you to do, or learn from your own mistake and put up a guard so that you will never make the same mistake again?
I am in the middle of that. I sometimes know that what I was doing was not the best I could do, but I still did it, simply because that was what truly made me happy... Then things turned out wrong. I got hurt... I started telling myself how stupid I was... But at the end... it is what it is. I tried, but it just did not happen the way I expected it to be. That doesn't mean I was wrong, it just means it is not meant to be.
Don't get me wrong, I do think before I make any decision, and there are certain things I try to stay away from.
If you read the description of my blog, you'd probably seen what I am about to say. I believe that the art of living is to get ourselves together to move on, but let's not forget the past. Without it we will not be where we are today. Don't think too much about the future, either, for it may never come. I'm not saying to live your life without goals, because they are what get you to keep going, so just enjoy it while it lasts, before things start coming your way, again...
P/S: @Long Nguyen! I love you <3
